We want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with your Diaper Genie purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
